soooooo hey i can help you out like i already have a list of rain jutsu if you wanna look at it

genin jutsu

rain needle: needle covered in rain making it slippery and faster
rain jutsu: just makes it rain
rain bullet: shoots a bullet of rain at opponet
watery death:a genjutsu that makes the opponent think he is drowning in water
chunnin jutsu
rain freeze: once the opponet is wet you can get the tempature of the rain low so it freezes the opponet
rain blade: a blade made out of rain
rain needle reverse: rain needles come out ground cutting opponet severly
rain dragon: makes a rain dragon that you can ride on but it only lasts for 2 turns it explodes when you make it
rain dome: a dome of rain

jounin jutsu
acid rain bullet: shoots a bullet of acid rain melting wat it touches
acid rain blade:makes a blade of rain (acid rain dosent affect rain ninja or rain villagers)
acid rain needle: rain needle with acid over it
kage/sannin jutsu
acid rain jutsu: rains acid everywhere melting what ever it touches
acid rain dragon: same as ragular rain dragon just acid
acid rain needle reverse: needles of acid rain come out ground under opponet
